Vintage Nylon Packable Bucket Hat
When things were built to last, nylon was a durable, quick-dry and lightweight hero. This bucket hat is made with our unique vintage nylon that features these iconic components. Packable and treated with a weather-resistant DWR coating, keep this one overhead or stow it underneath.

How To Measure
Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Dissatisfied. I bought the hat specifically because Brixton said it is “packable”. It even has a tag that says that it’s packable. It is not! When I inquired the best method to pack the hat, I was instructed to stuff the crown with paper and pack so the brim remained flat. Those instructions would apply to any hat, which is to say, it’s not packable. A packable has can be rolled or folded so that it does not take up a lot of space yet retains its appearance when unpacked. There are such straw hats available.
