The Victory Trouser Short is a relaxed fit, high waisted short made of 100% cotton brushed twill and great for pairing with just about anything. Details like the raw cut hem provide nice balance to the professional back welt pockets and leg pleats at the waistband, making it easy to either dress these shorts up or down. I’m usually a 28 inch waist, I have these in the gingham version already that are 28 inch waist and fit perfectly! However, these are too big and I could have sized down :( Also the button to hold them up is hanging off, so I have to stitch it on myself. Good job it’s still attached or I’d have had no button. I get they were on sale, but not the best seen as they were ‘new’.
