As if it was made for me.
When checking out an item…
I was looking forward to receiving this hat as it was on my wish-list for a good while! Unfortunately, since it noted as “1 left on stock” when purchased (on the website) there must have been an error in terms of availability thus this particular item was not sent out… The customer service was helpful & prompt, they provided a refund on the item as it was no longer in stock and sent out the rest of the items I ordered without any issues (upon contacting me about the item that was unavailable); be highly aware when purchasing anything where it is stated that stock is low.
Ordered this for my engagement photos, love the way it fits and looks! Good quality hat for sure.
