Very Poor Customer Service
I found the customer service team to be rude & belligerent. - Very hard to deal with, and did not give me back the full value of refund that I requested. - Maybe the rudeness is a cultural thing, but your CS team need to be aware that they should cater for different people & cultures when they are representing your brand. - I have purchased literally thousands of euros worth of clothes from this company, but I am now on the fence as to whether I will shop with them again.
