Customer service was awesome on a lost package.
So while I can’t actually review the items in my order due to the delivery company mis-delivering/losing my order. I can say Brixton Canada’s response was great! They didn’t even wait for the delivery company to finish their so called claim investigation before offering to replace the items or refund. This is how customer service should be! Will order from them again.
