Hat is great - return/exchange process absolutely brutal.
You need to fix your return/exchange process. In order to compete in today's marketplace, this process needs to be overhauled. It took me 7 days to receive a response from someone. That is unacceptable. I love your product, but this last experience has left me very skeptical.

Never Received Hat Exchange - Terrible Customer Service
I placed an order for a hat on Jan 23rd. My hat was too big so I returned it to exchange for a smaller size. I used their USPS return label. It shows they received my hat on Feb 10th. Today is Feb 24th and they have never shipped my a new hat or refunded my money. I have contacted customer service 3 times. So much for the excitement of getting to wear my hat. Now I'm just out a bunch of money AND a hat.
