Shipping and packing
hat arrived a little out of shape on the brim, fixed it with some steam. No issue, but you should probably put some packing in and around the hat so it doesn't slide around inside the box, and consider maybe a circular bit of card board to hold the hat in place so it isn't resting on the brim, which can also change the shape. other then that the hat seems pretty good. glad I bought it on sale though for the $48. it is 100% not worth the standard $160-180 you have on it. could nearly get a Stetson for those prices.
