Designed in straw, the Castor Fedora is a lightweight option for the warmer months that comebines sun protection and style. Featuring a grosgrain band, a metal crest pin, and a custom liner it's a great addition to any wardrobe. The adjustable Velcro strap under the sweatband allows you to customize for a perfect fit. If you tend to be in between sizes we recommend sizing up, because you can always tighten later.

How To Measure
Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

It fits! I got my order in a timely manner and this one was my favorite of two different hats I ordered. It’s hardened straw, so it’s a very solid fewling hat - it feels almost like wood and there’s no softness or give to the outside. It actually fits my big dumb head, though! The adjustable strap is nice too as I was able to sinch the fit a little tighter in no time.
