Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
The Wesley is a polished take on the classic fedora. Crafted with lightly structured cruelty-free wool felt and finished with a genuine leather band, this looks as good at the office as it does on date night. Customize your fit with an internal adjustable Velcro strap.

We accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Brixton website in its original packaging with tags included for a refund of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Although Brixton covers the return shipping charges, there is a $5 restocking fee on each order returned. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods. If your return is received after 30 days from the date of delivery a store credit will be issued. If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.

Hello there. This the second hat I have bought and the same style. The first I bought while on vacation in white rock BC about 4 years ago. The top surface area turned a little brown, I suppose because of the sun. I was disappointed as it did not look that good...so I use it for gardening. However, I ordered another one on line and the process was awesome. The only problem is that, although the size (M) fit perfectly with the first hat, the second is somewhat loose. Not sure how to rectify this problem. Other than these two issues, I am happy with the hat.

The hat itself is really high quality as you'd expect. The only issue i've had is that it keeps wanting to fly off with the wind. Although I took the XL, it seems to be maybe 1cm, or so, larger than my head. So it's a bit loose. If the hat had a leather strap string that you could tie under your chin to keep the hat in its place, like your sun hat line, it would be perfect. Also, a minor detail, the brixton tag that's sowed to the leather strap, isn't the same color and material it seemed to be in the product images. In the images the tag seems to be a brass/ copper type alloy, but in the actual product I got, it seems to just be metal. I was looking forward to it being a warmer tone, instead of the grey metal that it is.
