Reno Straw Hat
Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
The Reno Straw is a warm weather version of a heritage form. Crafted with medium-structure paper braided straw, it provides 50+ UPF coverage and breathability. Decorated with a metal headwear plaque and grosgrain band.

We accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Brixton website in its original packaging with tags included for a refund of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Although Brixton covers the return shipping charges, there is a $5 restocking fee on each order returned. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods. If your return is received after 30 days from the date of delivery a store credit will be issued. If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.

CanadaDecent hat but fit very large.
I was surprised by everyone in the comments saying it fits true to size. I was between sizes (based on my other hats from Bailey, Peter Grimm, New Era, etc) so I sized up and i definitely should’ve sized down. Besides the fit itself the hat is fairly large/bulky so I think it’s definitely better suited for someone with a larger frame; I’m a pretty small guy and the hat just seemed like even a size smaller would just not suit me. The quality seemed great though, just not the right hat for me. The customer service team was fantastic though. I returned this and ordered the straw Messer which is a lower profile and I think better suited for smaller frames people. I absolutely love that hat! Overall couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience with these guys. I was a total pain in the butt and they were great.

I have been buying Brixton hats since the early 2006 or 7 and I am a big fan. The last two hats I have purchased have been bent and or damaged slightly. Just enough not to send back and just enough to make it annoying. Also the ups drivers have said they‘ve delivered them and haven’t. I’ve had to run around to the drop off points they say they are at and they are not there. It’s been a huge hassle. So sadly I think I’m done.

This hat has got a very solide construction and a nice weight to it. I really like the adjustable sweat band feature , it really allows for a snug fit. The crown was a bit high for my liking. I was able to lower the crown and now it's perfect! If you do choose to lower the crown make sure you use a good amount of steam , otherwise you will Crack and damage the Hat. Overall awesome straw hat for the price point.
